A fiery flow to awaken the body and explore your edges with kindness and curiosity. Whilst the practice may feel strong at times, I welcome you to take what you need and leave what you don’t. Best suited to those with an established yoga practice but all are welcome. Please bring your own mat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: Cancellations fully refunded upto 4 hours before class start time. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before class start time.
